​​Encouraged by those who joined us for conversation around our undeveloped land in July, leaders from Hosanna! have been meeting with Chalky Mountain to work out some more details about a potential sale of 3 acres of our land.  The current proposal includes payments over 8 years.  We anticipate that this income would allow us to pay off our mortgage in 8 years (instead of 15) and lead to a significant boost to our operating funds to grow our ministries in the meantime.  Your contributions and our strategic actions are sustaining our current ministry, but we are excited about the possibility of dreaming what else God is calling us to do, growing our ministry, and doing some deferred maintenance.  Although any sale (and associated proceeds) likely would not be finalized before the fall of 2025, due diligence requires that we sign commitments before feasibility studies and plans can be made by the potential buyer.

Active congregation members can vote in the meeting.  Although proxy voting is not allowed by our constitution, members may join the meeting and vote live online via Zoom.
