Get a Beautiful Christmas Tree with Hosanna!

We're ordering beautiful fresh-cut Michigan 6-7’ trees in your choice of Fraser Fir or Scotch Pine in time for Christmas.  We must order at least 50 trees, so we need to make sure we can fill that many orders before we commit to purchasing.

Trees will be by pre-order only, and we’ll have them ready for you to pick your favorite from the bunch after Thanksgiving.  Costs have gone up a lot over the years, so we expect to charge $75-80 per tree (remember, these are premium, fresh cut, Michigan-grown beauties--they won’t need spray-paint to look green!), with the proceeds supporting our ministry.  We’ll also consider greenery if there is significant interest.

Why we're ordering trees...

Our council continues to look for ways to support the ministry of the church, and we’re excited to sell Christmas trees.  We hope in the long term that this could turn into a public fundraiser, but also an outreach opportunity and invitation to the wider community during the Christmas season.  No one does Christmas better than Christ’s church!  For this first year, we’re getting our feet wet by starting with only pre-orders.  If we reach our goal of 50 pre-orders, everyone's holiday wishes will come true.

Where are the trees coming from?

We plan to order from Wahmhoff Farms Nursery, a family-owned and operated Christmas Tree Farm in Southwest Michigan. They have been growing and selling quality Christmas trees for 70+ years. They are known throughout the industry for producing high quality trees and wreaths. They have won several state competitions, providing them the honor of presenting Christmas trees and wreaths to the Governor of Michigan over the years, and in 2011 we won Reserve Grand Champion at the National Christmas Tree Association, giving them the honor of supplying the Christmas tree to the Vice President of the United States and his family.
